Braydon - Go Grey in May Day 2

Braydon - Go Grey in May Day 2

Each day in conjunction with Go Grey for May, I’m sharing incredible stories of our community of Brain Cancer Warriors. Buy a T shirt, Beanie or wear an old grey t shirt to support the movement around Brain Cancer.

Braydon Leigh Stefan

Age 5
7-1-2007
22-7-2012
Brain stem gbm stage 4
Spread to spine

Braydon was diagnosed at 4 and a half, he had 6 brain surgeries 2 months of radiation
Oral chemo and 2 treatments in Germany to help him fight and live longer.

Braydon was my first true love, my meaning, my best friend & will forever be my hero.

Braydon left behind a baby brother Ashton to wich he begged for a baby brother.

When he finally became a big brother he was absolutely amazed and besotted by him.

When braydon was first sick he presented as though he had a viral infection, I had to push and push for further tests and demand answers.

Gbm comes on so fast most children die before their tumours are found, my greatest piece of advice To any parent is to trust your instincts and advocate when you know something is wrong.

Drs know their job but not your child, or your body.
